We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **HR Coordinator **to join our team at Scotbeef Inverurie.

Working pattern**:Monday to Friday 0830 - 1500.**

The main function of this role is to support the wider HR group and site management in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding; monitoring absences and holidays; employee relations case management and processing of leavers.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Support HR Advisor/Head of People with employee relations cases, processing ER administration requests such as maternity/paternity, AWOL and probation, ER invite letters.
- Ensuring all HR KPI trackers are kept up to date.
- Process routine administration tasks e.g. drafting letters, filing and scanning of personnel files.
- Administer site engagement surveys and work with wider HR team to drive engagement
- Support onboarding process., creating new starter records, amending for internal job movements and record changes, issuing new contracts for internal and external hires.
- Provide compliance support regarding Probations, Visa expiry, RTW Validation and outstanding discipline and grievance.
- Provide recruitment support, advertising internal and external vacancies and liaison with hiring managers to arrange interviews.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the business.

**Essential Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong administration experience.
- Dynamic individual who has a passion to develop in HR.
- Clear communicator and able to build positive working relationships.
- Passionate about providing a great service and support to the business.
- Team worker who is flexible to the needs of the department.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office, Word PowerPoint & Excel.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience within a HR Assistant/Coordinator role.
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards.
