The job will consist of:
- Responsible for assisting the Operations Department in the day to day running of Operations office.
- Assisting Managers with day to day running of Production and issuing of supporting documentation.
- Receive client Purchase Orders and correctly allocated
- Request Purchase Orders for jobs where PO’s are not issued at time of delivery.
- Prepare stencils for workshop.
- Typing of quotations once complete by estimating department, sending to client.
- General Filing Duties. Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times.
- Preparing, recording and processing Annual Leave records.
- Flexibility to carry out other such tasks as workload demands, including Reception cover.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment management.
- Adhere to all Company Quality, Health, Safety & Environment controls as documented within our management system.
- Good customer skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility, reliability, punctuality and a willingness to work additional hours, when necessary.
- a willingness to learn and to be hard working/proactive.
- To attend company training courses as required by company to ensure level of competency is maintained.
