Receptionist/sales Administrator

We are looking for a part time receptionist/Sales Administrator to assist in our busy office.
The role will include being responsible for answering and re-directing all incoming telephone calls. You will also be responsible for the administration support of the Stores and Sales Department. The role also requires flexibility to work with other departments as and when necessary.
Duties include but not limited to:
1. To ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered in a timeous, polite and professional manner. When the recipient is unavailable a message should be passed on promptly.
2. Ensure all company personnel adhere and comply to a structed booking system for both the Board Room and Meeting Room
3. Ensure all visitors are looked after and follow Company Health, Safety & Registration procedures
4. Support Stores and Sales Departments in the role of expediting and Administration eg Customer KPI, Sales Direct Filing, Quote Filing and Archiving, Chasing for updates on deliveries on PO’s, update price lists.
5. Producing a sales quote spreadsheet by individual in order that each salesman can personally chase there respective quotes for re input into spreadsheet individually fast link to the actual quote.
6. Control re ordering of all of the stationery.
7. Assist other departments within the business if required.
