As Store person, NOV ISE you will be responsible for the receiving/uploading of materials to and from the site. You will be detail oriented to ensure materials and services are receipted correctly onto the computerized stock system. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely picking of projects as per the needs of the business. You will also be required to pick and pack goods ready for onwards shipping, as per company guidelines.

Ideally, you have experience in a Manufacturing Stores environment and are familiar with ERP systems, cycle counts, and document control. You'll be eager to take on challenges, grow your leadership skills, and expand your knowledge through various initiatives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Safely load and unload lorries and vans to ensure efficient material handling.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of purchased materials and services into our computerized stock system.
- Verify material certifications against purchase orders and relevant standards to uphold quality assurance.
- Responsible for precisely picking projects, issuing materials both physically and electronically as needed.
- Conduct daily cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the Stores Cell Leader.
- Participate in regular stocktaking activities to support inventory management.
- Assist in the picking and packing of materials, preparing them for onward shipment in accordance with company guidelines.
- Prepare delivery paperwork meticulously to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain general administration and uphold housekeeping standards within the store environment.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Completion of a General High School education (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience as a Store Person will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with working in a manufacturing stores environment is desirable.
- Possession of a Forklift License is preferred; however, training will be provided if necessary.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Working knowledge of ERP systems would be beneficial for this role.
