**The Role**:
We are hiring a full-time Administrator for our Inverurie-based office.
While some office experience is essential, the role is ideally suited to someone who has just started their career but is seeking the opportunity to develop further.
**The Responsibilites**:
- Ensure that all company admistrative processes are done efficiently and dilligently.
- Accurate and secure maintenance of records within company database.
- Training management including certificate verification and expiry tracking.
- Management of crew logistics including booking travel and accommodation.
- Collation of timesheets, expenses and processing of payroll.
- Liaising with company vendors and management of purchase order system.
- Dealing with inbound enquiries in a polite and courteous manner.
- Assist with any other varied tasks and duties as required.
**The Applicant**:
- A minimum of one-year's experience in an office or similar environment.
- Exposure to or an awareness of the Energy sector would be beneficial.
- Ability to manage a dynamic workload, prioritising and multi-tasking as needed.
- Appreciation for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills - both spoken and written.
- Must be in possession of a valid Driving Licence.
- Above all, a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
