We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Front Desk Receptionist/HR Admin to provide exceptional customer service and support our team in delivering efficient services.
Main Duties:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
- Support administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and filing
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Working Arrangements:
- Part-time role with estimated 30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Work Location: On-site
