Job Title: HR Assistant and Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an HR Assistant and Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office
  • Utilize organizational skills to handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records
  • Support the team in delivering efficient service through data entry and clerical duties

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Work Location: In person

£11.44-£13.08 per hour
