Job Overview

We are seeking an organised and friendly Front Desk Receptionist/HR Admin to join our team at Scotbeef. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage administrative tasks effectively. You will utilise your organisational skills to handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Performing data entry duties and general administration tasks

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44-£13.08 per hour, paid on a part-time basis.

Working Hours and Location

Monday to Friday, with an estimated 30 hours per week. The role is based in person at our premises.
