Job Description: Accounts and Administration Expert

Hosie Electrical Contracting Limited is looking for an Accounts and Administration Expert to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known and respected local business, contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and administration, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. They will be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, and have experience with Sage 50 and payroll.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, being able to deal with clients in a professional manner and provide timely support to the management team.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, plus a company pension scheme, health care package, and opportunities for career growth within a well-established local business.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and performing regular reconciliations
  • Processing invoices and managing supplier relationships
  • Reconciling bank statements and managing cash flow
  • Providing administrative support to the management team
