Administration Assistant

FinTech is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administration Assistant based in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.
This is a permanent position starting ASAP, and will be covering Full-Time hours of 37.5 hours per week, working in the office.
Main duties include:
- Booking jobs into the system
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers
- Expediting orders to ensure in line with client/project delivery date
- Updating spreadsheets using Excel
- Supporting the accounts team with administration duties
- Assisting the workshop in scanning in delivery notes, booking parts in etc.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested
- Previous experience in an Administration Assistant role would be beneficial however full training will be given
- Ability to use Microsoft packages
