Office Administrator
Our highly successful _Machinery Department,_ are recruiting for an **Office Administrator** to join their friendly team on a permanent basis for an immediate start.
The Office Administrator will undertake day-to day administration tasks and provide support to the team and management.
Duties
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with scheduling Workshop Jobs and managing calendars
- Co-ordinating collections & deliveries of machinery to workshop for repair.
Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and management reports
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
- Purchase ordering and booking in of stock.
- Arranging delivery of new machinery for customers.
- Supporting Director, dealing with correspondence, company updates.
**Skills**:
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficient in office procedures and protocols
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
