Junior Office Administrator

We are looking for a full time Junior Office Administrator to work alongside our part time Office Administrator at Hosie Electrical In Inverurie
This is a full time 36hr Monday - Friday role from 09.00 - 17.00.
Full training and support will be provided for the role
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office / engineers.
- Organise jobs / surveys.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- To arrange certification and PAT test reports to customers.
- Invoicing works & projects.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- General administration.
Schedule:
- No weekends
