We are looking for part time office administrator to work as a job share at Hosie Electrical In Inverurie.

This is a part time office based role 21 hrs based over 3 consecutive days a week and able to cover holidays with job share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office / engineers.
- Organise jobs / surveys, experience with Sim-Pro advantageous but not mandatory as training can be provided.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- To arrange certification and PAT test reports to customers.
- Invoicing works & projects.
- General administration.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Schedule:

- No weekends

Work Location: In person
