Our client, a renowned firm of Financial Planners with strong ties to St James Place, is seeking an exceptional Administrator to support their team in delivering high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the regulated financial services market and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide direction and motivation for the administration team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Ensure all Pension, Investment, and Protection business cases are managed effectively and maintain the company's high standards.
  • Client Management: Maintain accuracy of client information and assist with ongoing management, including interacting with clients in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform continued administration, general office duties, and process new business, ensuring compliance with reports and process procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a Financial Services Administration role, preferably from an IFA Firm or Product Provider.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the regulated financial services market and excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Skillset: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong planning & organizational skills.
