Administrator Role for Financial Services

We are seeking a highly organized and administratively skilled individual to join our team of Financial Planners. As an integral part of our practice, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing new business, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate client records and data
  • Process new business and manage existing client relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in Financial Services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
About the Role:

Estimated Salary:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
