We are seeking dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team in Inverurie, Scotland. This role is an opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of adults, offering the support they need to thrive in their own homes.

The successful candidate will deliver care that is truly person-centred, including personal care and support, companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, specialist clinical care, and palliative and end-of-life care. We focus on delivering care that's as unique as each individual we support.

About the Role

  • Job Title: Community Care Worker
  • Location: Inverurie, Scotland
  • Salary: from £13,700 to £19,890 per annum (dependent on shift and role)

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
