**Job Summary:** Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a child with autism and their family, providing personalized support and care. Your responsibilities will include assisting the child with daily living tasks, supporting them in accessing activities in the local community, and transporting them to social outings.

About the Position
  • The position requires a high level of patience, understanding, and flexibility, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo comprehensive training to ensure they have the necessary skills to support the child
Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support and care to the child, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assist the child in accessing activities in the local community, such as music sessions or visits to the park
  • Transport the child to social outings using your car, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive training and opportunities for career development and professional growth.
