Residential Care Worker

Garioch Care Home is seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our care team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting independence and encouraging social interaction among them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents as needed.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Support residents with daily routines and activities.
- Maintain clean and safe living environments.
- Respond to emergencies and call bells promptly.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Care Assistant or similar role.
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
