About the Role
Inverurie-based Real Life Options seeks a skilled Female Support Worker to join its team. As a full-time or part-time employee, you'll receive a competitive hourly wage (£12.00) and participate in various shifts, including sleepovers, which are paid hourly. This role involves supporting individuals with diverse needs, facilitating everyday activities, and encouraging independence.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in supporting roles and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to adapt to changing situations and develop positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
