We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Companionship and Care Worker to join our team at North East Community Care Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality companionship and care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, and self-worth.
About the Role:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Help clients maintain their independence by supporting them with mobility and other daily tasks.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
