We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and support a 16-year-old boy with Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

The goal is to help him develop the skills to be independent, happy, and healthy at home and in the community. We offer training and supervision for those with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) experience.

Work Schedule: Monday from 15:30-18:30 and bi-weekly Sundays from 10:00-13:00

">

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

">

About this Role: As a Lead Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young person with complex needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide daily support and assistance to the young person with Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • To help him develop essential life skills, including independence, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
  • To work collaboratively with our team to ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
