Simpson Booth is a leading company in the industry, and we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Dyce, Aberdeen, and involves coordinating the preparation and shipment of Company products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process goods out for shipping, ensuring all documentation is present and accurate.
  • Ensure orders for shipping are suitably packaged in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Process goods in accurately and on time.
  • Carry out regular stock checks throughout the week.
  • Liaise with the Operations team regarding discrepancies or quality issues identified during the goods in/out and stock control processes.
  • Audit records and data to ensure security, preservation, and readiness are maintained.
  • Participate in general day-to-day warehouse and operational activities that support the company's business.
  • Observe company policies and procedures relating to work, administration, HSSEQ, and ESG.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with goods in/out process, purchasing process, stock control methods, and shipping methods, legal & statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in driving delivery vehicles with a gross weight of up to 3.5T.
  • National 5 Pass in English & Maths (or equivalent).
  • Forklift certificate.
  • Full UK driving licence.
