Caregiver Specialist

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver Specialist to provide support services for individuals with varying needs, including learning or physical disabilities, alcohol and addiction issues, homelessness, and mental health challenges. This role requires the ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

**Requirements:**

• 6 months of paid experience in caregiving or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging behavior

**Salary Information:**

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,088 (based on 37.5 hours/week), corresponding to an hourly rate of £12.50.
