**Your Role**: As our Social Media Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' social media success stories. From devising engaging content strategies to managing campaigns and fostering meaningful interactions with followers, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' digital presence.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive results.
- Craft compelling written and visual content that captivates audiences and reflects our clients' brand identities.
- Monitor social media trends and emerging technologies, staying ahead of the curve to deliver cutting-edge campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to produce visually stunning content, including graphics, animations, and videos.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and providing strategic recommendations.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A deep understanding of social media platforms and their role in brand building and audience engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for creative content.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of social media tools and platforms to drive results.
- A collaborative mindset, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in social media marketing.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
