About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive with a strong background in new logo sales and self-starter disposition to join our Outside Sales Team. This role requires a consultative approach to execute sales motions for merchants, building strong relationships and increasing win rates through field visits and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a predictable, repeatable, and scalable outbound sales process to fill the pipeline and close deals (cold calling, emailing, social selling, etc.).
  • Lead the charge introducing Square to merchants across various verticals (restaurants, retail, services).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive outbound sales efforts.
  • Develop a creative go-to-market strategy informed by prior sales experience.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse ecosystem of products and close complex deals using Salesforce as a tracking and reporting tool.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and prior Salesforce experience or equivalent. We value candidates who can utilize their skills to inform a strategic sales approach and achieve success.
