Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our team at New Relic, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales and partner building and enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, qualify, enable, and build partner relationships to drive business growth and expand our ecosystem of product partners.
  • Grow users, consumption, and net new logos through partner sets, leveraging deep knowledge of enterprise sales and partner development strategies.
  • Develop and track metrics for partner success, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with various business units, including Sales, Customer Service/Technical teams, Services, Product, and Marketing teams, to drive partner relationship and enablement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Partner Engineering team to onboard partners and develop content, ensuring seamless partner experiences.
  • Lead partner relationship and enablement initiatives across New Relic's ecosystem partner types.
  • Update and build playbooks for generating business with partners, working closely with customer success teams, partner engineering teams, partner operations, account executives, and partner marketing.
  • Collect and evangelize partner success journeys internally with sales teams and management, as well as externally within partner ecosystems.
  • Distribute partner success and enablement content to pre- and post-sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge in enterprise sales and demonstrated experience in partner building and enablement.
  • French or Spanish language proficiency.
