Microsoft Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new logo acquisition and account development, focusing on Microsoft solutions.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join a leading Microsoft Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- New Logo Acquisition: Develop and execute a strategy to identify, approach, and secure new clients for Microsoft solutions, achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Account Development: Nurture existing Microsoft client relationships, re-engaging with former contacts to unlock potential growth opportunities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and focusing on upselling and cross-selling Microsoft solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of new and potential clients, tracking progress through each stage of the sales process, collaborating with the sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, presentations, and proposals that align with client needs.
- Microsoft Partnerships & Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Microsoft's latest products, offerings, and market trends, using this knowledge to support sales discussions and maintain a competitive edge, leveraging the company's strong Microsoft partnership to enhance credibility and drive co-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record: In new business sales within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally in an Account Executive or similar role.
- Experience: Working within a VAR environment, with a deep understanding of Microsoft solutions and services.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with both new and existing clients, with a focus on high-impact solutions selling, self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.
