Sales and Partnership Development Expert

Iron Mountain is seeking a Sales and Partnership Development Expert to join our UK Banking Financial Services and Insurance sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth in non-managed and new logo accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and winning net new logos
- Develop a clear and strategic plan for growth in non-managed and new logo accounts
- IDentify target organizations, create compelling sales propositions, and understand buyer personas
- Provide clear and concise account and close plans for all target organizations
As a Senior Revenue Generation Professional with experience in senior 360 solution-led sales, selling six-figure solutions to C-suite contacts within a complex product portfolio, and face-to-face sales experience, you will have the opportunity to capitalize on new client relationships, drive fresh revenue streams, and foster lasting partnerships. With a strong client-centric focus, you will identify the needs, challenges, and priorities of our clients and align their business objectives with Iron Mountain's solutions.
Estimated salary range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum. We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes flexible working arrangements, opportunities for personal and professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits program.
