Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Partnerships Executive to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our partnership strategy.

INEOS Automotive is a leading player in the 4X4 development and manufacturing sector. With a world-class production facility and a strong delivery team, we are well-positioned to drive growth and success in the market.

Your Role

  • You will work closely with our Head of Marketing, Head of PR, and wider Commercial team to develop and execute our partnership strategy.
  • You will manage global partnerships and collaborate with regional teams to develop local level partnerships.
  • You will oversee the creation and development of INEOS Automotive's partnership offering, including managing databases and developing strategies to keep partners engaged.
  • You will work with our social and content team to integrate a measurable social media strategy related to assets and partnerships.
  • You will ensure alignment between INEOS Automotive and INEOS Group activities and stakeholders.
  • You will identify partnerships that fit our brand and provide vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match our brand image.
  • You will lead on developing the Grenadier's involvement with other events and businesses among the wider INEOS Group.
  • You will have experience in project management and working towards tight deadlines.
  • You will be analytical and data-oriented, with the ability to effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in partnership development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing partnership strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive sector and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
