Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at INEOS Automotive in London, UK.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent partnership development and management skills, with experience working with global brands. They will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic partnerships that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

This role requires strong analytical and data-oriented skills, as well as project management experience and the ability to work towards tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will also have proven ability to work as part of an OEM's partnership development programme and demonstrable knowledge to develop brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver strategic partnerships that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage global partnerships and collaborate with regional teams to develop local level partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Head of PR, and wider Commercial team to ensure alignment and clear objectives.
  • Identify and secure partnerships that fit the brand image and provide opportunities for increased awareness and sales.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in partnership development and management.
  • Proven ability to work as part of an OEM's partnership development programme.
  • Demonstrable knowledge to develop brand and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and data-oriented skills.
  • Project management experience and ability to work towards tight deadlines.
