**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Manager to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Hemel Hempstead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced and driving a high-performance culture.

You will oversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity, and accurately assist with dealership reporting in line with group reporting frameworks.

In addition, you will support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of automotive professionals.
  • Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.
  • Oversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity.
  • Accurately assist with dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.
  • Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require experience within the automotive industry, preferably in an agile environment.

You should have an open and approachable leadership style, with experience in leading, motivating, and coaching managers.
