Job Title: Strategic Partnership Development Manager

About Us: INEOS Automotive is a pioneering company in the 4x4 development and manufacturing sector. We have established partnerships with prominent names in the industry, secured a world-class production facility, and are currently developing our double cab pick-up, the Quartermaster.

Job Summary: As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Head of PR, and Commercial team to strategically lead the creation and development of INEOS Automotive's partnership offering. Your primary focus will be on managing global partnerships while working closely with regional teams to develop local partnerships and report to INEOS Group on automotive assets.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver INEOS Automotive partnerships and assets with the support of the Partnerships Specialist.
  2. Leverage partnership assets to increase the database and develop strategies to keep them engaged for future purchases.
  3. Collaborate with INEOS Automotive and the wider INEOS team to integrate a measurable social media strategy related to assets and partnerships, working alongside the social and content team.
  4. Ensure alignment between INEOS Automotive and INEOS Group activities and stakeholders, setting clear objectives for both parties.
  5. Take ownership by identifying partnerships that fit the brand and provide vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match the brand image, increase awareness, and drive sales.
  6. Work with Regional teams to choose affinity partners that share common interests to increase interest and brand awareness.
  7. Lead the Grenadier's involvement with other events and businesses among the wider INEOS Group.
  8. Apply project management skills and work towards tight deadlines.
  9. Analyze data and stay analytical.
  10. Prior experience in the automotive sector or similar engineering-led organizations is beneficial but not necessary.
  11. Demonstrate proven ability to work within an OEM's partnership development program and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
