Job Title: Benefits and Compensation Expert
Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum

The Oakleaf Partnership is a leading international Financial Services group looking for an experienced Benefits and Compensation Expert to join their Reward function. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs that drive business performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data gathering, modelling, and analysis for annual pay and bonus review, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the Head of Reward to develop and implement bonus and incentive plans that meet business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to employees and management alike.
- Liaise with benefits providers and support renewals and administration of schemes.

Requirements:
- Strong background in compensation and benefits, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Exceptional Excel modelling skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Work Location: Central London office (hybrid working arrangement).
