Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll and benefits lifecycle, from processing to administration.

You will work closely with the Finance department to ensure seamless payroll operations and provide expert advice on all areas of payroll and benefits.

  • Process payroll for approximately 300 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer company benefits, including private healthcare, life assurance, and pension schemes.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Review and improve payroll and benefit processes to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce queries.
  • Produce regular reports on payroll and benefits performance.

An estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
