Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Oakleaf Partnership is a leading international law firm seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join its Human Resources team. Based in London, this permanent role offers a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
- Manage salary survey data, including analysis and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions.
- Conduct research and analysis on compensation trends in the legal industry.
- Collaborate with the Benefits team to enhance reward strategies and improve employee satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective compensation plans, policies, and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compensation within professional services, preferably in the legal industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer service focus.
A competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) is available for this challenging and rewarding opportunity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
