Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering cyclical compensation processes and project work for the organisation.
  • Supporting the annual salary and bonus review process.
  • Leading on the implementation of sales incentive plans, partnering with various internal stakeholders.
  • Completing gender pay gap reporting and submitting compensation surveys.
  • Conducting data analysis to ensure market competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reward role and having completed at least 2 annual pay review cycles.
  • Excellent Excel skills with prior experience working with large data sets.
  • Exposure to sales incentive plans is advantageous.
