Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Strategist and Benefits Specialist to join our Reward team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programmes that align with the company's business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programmes that support the company's business objectives.
  • Partner with HR, Recruitment, People Strategy, and Finance teams to design and deliver effective solutions.
  • Analyse market data to ensure competitiveness and make recommendations for programme improvements.
  • Manage complex employee benefit queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the development of compelling communications on the company's compensation and benefits approach.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a Total Rewards role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and levels.
