Global Compensation and Benefits Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for managing the provision of an effective and professional compensation service for company employees in the Rest of World regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation data analysis and monitor the competitiveness of compensation plans.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, including salary data, bonus structures, and benefits offered by competitors.
- Apply commercial thinking and understanding of the business and HR, to provide pragmatic and informed solutions and ideas that meet both the business needs and fit with the HR agenda.
- Act as an 'Internal Consultant' in order to establish efficient compensation processes that align global initiatives with local practice.
- Identify opportunities for and deliver learning to develop the knowledge and understanding of HR colleagues and people managers.
- Manage the job evaluation / job sizing process and job pricing through a number of databases.
- Partner with vendors for management of reward programmes.
- Communicate effectively with employees about their compensation packages and answer any questions they may have.
- Support other projects on the Total Rewards agenda at a global level.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary dependent on skills and experience but targeted at those at 'Senior' 10-20 years of experience level.
- The chance to work within the new West End offices but with flexibility on hybrid working / WFH.
