Compensation and Benefits Manager for Global Expansion

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in developing and managing regional/global compensation and benefits programs? Do you have experience working in high-growth, scaling technology environments? We're looking for a talented Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at WorldFirst.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive strategic projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement across different countries. You will contribute to designing and improving C&B policies, co-designing short-term and long-term incentives, and driving C&B processes like annual compensation review cycles and benefits implementation. Your goal will be to maintain market competitiveness while aligning with our company culture and philosophies.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage regional/global C&B programs and processes
- Contribute to the design and improvement of C&B policies
- Co-design and develop short-term and long-term incentives
- Drive C&B processes, including annual compensation review cycles and benefits implementation
- Conduct analysis and recommend improvements to compensation and benefit practices
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide advice on compensation & benefits related issues
- Participate in C&B related surveys, conduct market benchmarking and trend analysis
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Extensive experience in developing and managing regional/global C&B programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth, scaling technology environment
- A robust understanding of market conditions across numerous countries and regions, especially in the EMEA markets
- Strong understanding of market best practices, trends, and benchmark data
- Language skills, particularly advantageous (Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, European languages)
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English, with Mandarin language skill a plus
- Strong self-management capabilities in working with remote teams in different countries
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player mindset
