Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will participate in strategic projects and initiatives, contributing to the design and improvement of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) policies. You will co-design and develop short-term and long-term incentives, driving and coordinating C&B processes, and conducting analysis to recommend improvements to compensation and benefit practices.

Experience:

With extensive experience in developing and managing regional/global C&B programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment, you will have a robust understanding of market conditions across numerous countries and regions, especially in the EMEA markets. You will also have a strong understanding of market best practices, trends, and benchmark data.

Personal Competencies:

You will possess strong and proven analytical skills, excellent communication and writing skills in English, and strong self-management capabilities in working with remote managers/teams in different countries. You will also be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have a strong team player mindset.
