Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at WorldFirst. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing regional/global C&B programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the design and improvement of C&B policies
- Co-design and develop different schemes of short-term and long-term incentives
- Drive and coordinate C&B processes, including the annual compensation review cycle, benefits introduction, and implementation
- Contribute to benefit design programs to maintain market competitiveness while aligning with company culture and C&B philosophies
- Conduct analysis and recommend improvements to compensation and benefit practices to stakeholders to maintain competitiveness and enhance employee engagement in each country
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide advice and recommend solutions on compensation and benefits-related issues

Experience:

- Extensive experience in developing and managing regional/global C&B programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment
- Robust understanding of market conditions across numerous countries and regions, especially in the EMEA markets
- Strong understanding of market best practices, trends, and benchmark data
- Language skills, particularly advantageous (Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, European languages where we have entities)

Personal Competencies:

- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Excellent skills in translating conceptual knowledge into practical solutions
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Mandarin language skill is a plus
- Strong self-management capabilities in working with remote managers/teams in different countries
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player
