Lead our Total Rewards Strategy

Belmond seeks an experienced Total Rewards Strategist to lead and shape our total rewards strategy, focusing on attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, aligning our compensation, benefits, and rewards programs with Belmond's goals and ensuring consistency and compliance across our global operations.

You will be instrumental in developing equitable and competitive compensation structures, integrating innovative HR Information Systems (HRIS), and optimizing our rewards environment internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement a Global Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with Belmond's long-term goals.
  • Establish and Maintain Fair and Competitive Compensation Structures: Establish and maintain fair, competitive, and compliant global compensation structures through regular benchmarking and job evaluations.
  • Lead Annual Salary Reviews and Proposals: Lead annual salary reviews for global teams, prepare compensation packages for new hires and promotions, and support negotiations.
  • Identify and Mitigate Compensation-Related Risks: Identify and mitigate compensation-related risks, ensuring adherence to global legal standards and audit requirements.
  • Oversee Global Mobility and Expatriate Management: Oversee programs that support international mobility, including expatriate compensation structures.
  • Partner with Global HR and Regional Teams: Partner with global HR and regional teams to implement local reward programs that reflect market best practices and Belmond values.
  • Drive HR and Compensation Projects: Drive HR and compensation projects, such as restructures, system upgrades, and global reward strategies.
  • Develop a Global HRIS Strategy: Lead the development of a global HRIS strategy to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience, ensuring it integrates with compensation and benefits processes.
