About the Role

We are recruiting for an Integrated Compensation and Benefits Expert to join our team. This is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing global reward strategies that attract and retain top talent.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reward strategies that drive business success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global reward strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage projects related to reward initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Regional Reward and HR teams to integrate rewards globally, ensuring consistency and alignment.
  • Harmonize benefits and policies across markets and regions, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Reward Manager with expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing consultants and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Senior Business and HR Leaders in a matrixed environment.
