Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

At Oakleaf Partnership, we are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual salary, bonus, and promotion cycles.
  • Administer employee benefit schemes and manage payroll processes.
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax regulations, labour laws, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
  • Degree educated in finance or accounting.
  • Solid experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holiday time.
