Compensation and Benefits Manager

At Oakleaf Partnership, we are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual salary, bonus, and promotion cycles.
- Administer employee benefit schemes and manage payroll processes.
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with tax regulations, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree educated in finance or accounting.
- Solid experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holiday time.
