About Oakleaf Partnership:

Oakleaf Partnership is an iconic listed retail business seeking a Reward Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will work closely with the Head of Reward to support the delivery of the company's compensation and benefits strategy.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Head of Reward on cyclical reward processes such as annual salary and bonus review, leading benefits renewals, implementing changes, and introducing new benefits. You will also be responsible for ownership of bonus calculations, communication of bonuses, and bonus reporting. Additionally, you will lead salary surveys and benefits surveys, working closely with the Head of Reward on various reward projects.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a reward role, ideally with exposure to both compensation and benefits. Experience working in a company with hourly paid employees is also essential. Furthermore, highly analytical skills with excellent excel skills are required.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position offering a salary up to £65,000 plus car allowance and bonus. The successful candidate will enjoy hybrid working, with three days a week spent in the London office.
