About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Strategist to join our team at Marston Holdings. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver our compensation and benefits strategy across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead the job benchmarking process, conducting regular market reviews and making recommendations to ensure our reward packages remain competitive and equitable. They will also design, procure, and manage our comprehensive benefits programme, including health and wellbeing initiatives, employee assistance programmes, salary sacrifice schemes, and additional perks.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in reward management within a large, complex organisation. You should have deep expertise in compensation principles, job evaluation, and market benchmarking. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as well as project management skills with experience leading full-cycle reward initiatives.
Desirable Qualifications:
CIPD or equivalent qualification in Strategic HR or Reward Management is desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
