Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global professional services firm to fill the role of Compensation Strategist. The company, committed to sustainable solutions and renowned for innovative design and advisory services, has an excellent reputation and culture with strong retention rates.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 3 and report to the Head of Reward within the Global COE reward function. Key responsibilities include shaping and delivering the reward strategy across the UK and EMEA region.

This compensation-focused role will involve a blend of operational and strategic work, including:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement the reward strategy.
  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of all compensation-related activities.
  • Project Management: Leading and contributing to strategic reward projects, such as global pay reviews, job evaluations, and HRIS implementations.

The estimated salary for this position is £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
