The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation Management, or Consulting with a deep understanding of core compensation terminology and best practices.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will work on various projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new compensation programs. You will perform deep analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives. Additionally, you will effectively partner with HR and Business clients to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and good understanding of the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and legislation in the Middle East region.
