We are seeking a skilled Executive Compensation Strategist to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions in London. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and high-level executives to advise on executive compensation plans, incentive designs, and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing tailored compensation plans for privately held businesses, including helping them create STIP's & LTIPS's and bonuses that meet their specific needs
  • Providing expert guidance on executive compensation, including corporate governance, benchmarking, valuations of stock plans, and financial services legislation
  • Supporting client engagements by identifying business challenges, developing solutions, and managing the RFP procedure in collaboration with the client, procurement, and legal teams

The ideal candidate will have strong experience operating within a role that has a focus on executive compensation, executive reward, or corporate governance, as well as extensive knowledge of compensation and the factors influencing reward.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum based on location and experience.
