Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Reward Partner to join our team at Travelex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs globally.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the annual Reward processes such as pay review and bonuses.
- Support the Head of Reward on development and research of new initiatives.
- Review salary ranges and ensure they are up to date and capture market shifts.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data integrity when moving between HRIS and Excel.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- Range of benefits including health insurance and pension scheme.
